1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information in the following ways:

Information you provide directly. When you submit a form on our website, request a quote, place an order, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, business email address, telephone number, company name, shipping and billing address, and the details of your enquiry or order.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information through cookies, tags, and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, and how you interact with our site. This may include a Google Click Identifier (GCLID) when you reach our site from a Google advertisement.

Information arising from your business relationship with us. When you purchase from MPI Morheat, we collect and retain records of your transactions, including invoice history, products purchased, order values, and payment status.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, and provide customer support;
  • process, fulfil, invoice, and support orders;
  • maintain our customer records and business accounts;
  • operate, secure, and improve our website;
  • measure the effectiveness of our advertising and marketing, including understanding which advertisements lead to enquiries and orders;
  • deliver and improve the relevance of advertising, as described in Section 3;
  • send you commercial electronic messages where you have consented to receive them, or where permitted by applicable law; and
  • comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Advertising, Analytics, and Measurement

We advertise our products on third-party platforms, including Google. To understand whether that advertising is effective and to make it more relevant, we share certain information with those platforms.

Conversion measurement. When you submit a form or become a customer, we may share information about that event with Google so that Google can attribute it to an advertisement you interacted with.

Enhanced conversions. Where you have provided your email address, we may share it with Google in a hashed (irreversible, pseudonymised) form using the SHA-256 algorithm. Hashing takes place in your browser or on our systems before transmission; Google receives the hashed value, not your email address in readable form. Google uses it solely to match the event to an advertising interaction and to provide measurement services to us.

Customer Match and audience targeting. We may share hashed contact information with Google to create audiences, so that we can show advertising to existing customers and contacts, or to people with similar business characteristics. We do not share this information for Google to use for its own independent purposes, and we do not sell personal information.

Analytics and tag management. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how our website is used. We also use the HubSpot tracking code, which uses cookies to record visits to our website and links them to your contact record if you submit a form, and Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors interact with our pages, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, so that we can improve them.

Your choices. You may control the advertising you see from Google at adssettings.google.com. You may opt out of Google Analytics using the browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You may also manage cookies through your browser settings, and you may contact us using the details in Section 8 to ask us to stop using your information for advertising purposes.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

6. Your Rights and Choices

You may:

7. Data Retention
