The LP Series Liquid Level Control provides automated, dependable regulation for maintaining consistent liquid levels in most aqueous processes and waste treatment tanks. It’s also well-suited for leak detection, helping to safeguard tanks from damage and reduce fire risks caused by low-level conditions. Available in two models, the dual-probe units (IM-LC2) deliver single-point control, while the multi-probe units (IM-LC3) offer two-point control for greater precision and flexibility in liquid level management.
Provides automated control for maintaining consistent liquid levels in most conductive aqueous processes, waste treatment tanks, and for leak detection applications.
Adds protection against tank damage and fire risks associated with low liquid levels.
Two probe units offer single-point control, while multi-probe units support two-point control. The ESPV model is designed for direct immersion applications.
Probe materials include fluoropolymer (PTFE)-coated 316 stainless steel, titanium, Hastelloy C®, and graphite-tipped Hastelloy, with standard lengths up to 48 inches (1220mm), field trimmable (except for graphite probes).
Control enclosure: Gasketed NEMA 1, IP21 flame-retardant polypropylene box with stainless steel hardware.
Probe enclosure: Vapor-tight, flame-retardant polypropylene head with a 10-foot (3m) flexible cord and quick-connect plug for easy remote circuitry connection.
Note: Not suitable for flammable solutions or gases. Does not operate in deionized water, oil, or other non-conductive liquids
