- Our response time is unmatched. At the minimum, we will respond to your email within 1 hour. Usually, we get back to you within 10 minutes. We deal with companies all day and we understand how frustrating it is when we don’t get a quick answer.

MPI Morheat has been designing, engineering, and manufacturing heaters, sensors, controllers, relays and related products since 1999. We are headquartered in Toronto, Canada, with a large, worldwide distributors’ network that helps customers find our products, no matter where they live.
MPI engineers have more than 50 years of combined experience in solving technical problems in the plastic extrusion industry and other challenging manufacturing environments. Our team has encountered nearly every type of problem there is, and we use our vast and ever-growing knowledge base to assist our customers.
At MPI, our philosophy is to provide the best performing and most cost-competitive industrial heating products on the market, along with the fastest delivery times and the best technical support in the industry. 90% of orders ship the same day and can be delivered next-day within the US and Canada.
Manufacturing operations at MPI’s Toronto plant include design, assembly, and full testing and certification. We employ a skilled, highly-trained manufacturing staff, with in-house technicians and engineers available five days a week to aid customers with design selection and technical issues.
