These elements are often used in milled grooves for hot runner molding systems, where their precise fit ensures optimal heat transfer to the working surface. MPI Morheat can supply pre-formed elements that are ready for installation in your existing channels or new tool designs. Since these heating elements are custom-made, our engineering team will need a detailed drawing or CAD file for design purposes.
